Returns/Exchanges

In-Store Purchases: You have 14 days from the date of purchase to exchange an item or for a store credit on merchandise that has not been worn, altered or washed with all original tags attached, with exception to the following:

The original sale receipt must be presented. Without a receipt an exchange or store credit may be offered for the current selling price of the goods.

Online Purchases: Trinos Menswear will gladly accept returns and exchanges, within 30 days of receipt, on merchandise that has not been worn, altered or washed with all original tags attached, with exception to the following:

The original sale receipt must be presented. Refunds will be issued in the same tender as the purchase. Without a receipt an exchange or store credit may be offered for the current selling price of the goods.

Return shipping is at the customer's expense. Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Trinos Menswear cannot replace packages lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is not available. Refund, credit or exchange will not be issued until the original merchandise is received by Trinos Menswear. Once the original merchandise is received by Trinos Menswear, processing of the online return or exchange will take about five days.

Defective Merchandise

We make it our goal to have only top-notice product leaving our store but once in awhile, a defective piece may slip by us. In that case, please contact us at [email protected] or 306-522-4667 or stop by the store to discuss options.
