We are here to help. From the moment you step inside the door at Trinos Menswear, we want you to be comfortable. You will be comfortable in our clothes, so we want you to be comfortable when you leave our store as well. 

Below are just a few of the most frequently asked questions we receive:

 

Do you offer gift cards?

 

Yes we do, but unfortunately they can only be purchased and redeemed in-store. If you cannot make it to our store, give us a call at 306-522-4667 or send as a message on our social media pages, and we can take payment over the phone and arrange a way to get the gift card to you.  

 

What is your return policy?

 

Items must not be worn, altered or washed. Undergarments are final sale.

For Online Purchases: 

You have 30 days from the date of purchase for exchange or store credit.

For In-Store Purchases:

You have 14 days from the date of purchase for exchange or store credit.

 

Will you special order something for me?

 

We most definitely will special order for you. 
If we can get it for you, we will!  If not we can show you comparable product. Our only requirement is that you prepay for your order. Special orders are final sale.
